Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory issues, fraud prevention, or verification requirements.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options depending on the destination and order size. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

Typical delivery timeframes (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Freight / LTL Shipping: Varies based on destination and carrier

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipment Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure delivery.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damage once the package is in the carrier’s possession, but we will assist with claims when possible.

Freight & Large Orders

  • Large or heavy items may ship via freight (LTL/FTL).
  • Freight shipments require a business address with dock or forklift, unless liftgate service is requested (additional charges may apply).
  • Delivery appointments may be required.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for freight shipments. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.
