Refund policy

Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully, as it applies to all orders placed through our store.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Opened, used, installed and modified products are not eligible for return.
All approved returns must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Opened or used products
Installed or partially installed products
Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order items .(Ex: Cut, Bent, Slit, Punched, Cut Fabric, Awnings, etc)

How to Start Return

All returns require prior authorization. To start a return, you can contact us at support@graphicsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
The restocking fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Restocking fees apply to all eligible returns unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to store error or a defective item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued for the product cost only, minus the 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing takes 1–4 business days depending on your payment provider or financial institution
